Nice enough place if you want to party in the pub and don't want any sleep
Positive: Great location. Central area with lots of restaurants around and central to the city
Negative: The noise from the pub downstairs was horrendous. Friday Saturday and Sunday nights were ridiculous. The fact that the soccer and the football were on didn't help. On the Saturday night noise didn't stop until after 4am. Looking at other reviews it appears there is a licence to 1230 but that cant be true.
