Homey Deluxe Space - Heritage Complex

Positive: Location. Size and space of each room. Access to pool, spa, and fitness activities. The carpark we paid extra for was just across the road, and other than the daily cost, it worked well for us. Instructions for each check in process worked well, although key pickup was slightly hard to find as tucked around the corner from the main entrance to the building it was attached to. Negative: No daily room service, meaning things like tea and coffee weren't restocked and no clean towels. You paid the same rate for each day of your stay,so it would seem fair to have those minor things attended to. Key pickup was in a completely different location in the city to where we were staying.

Great location Positive: Location was great. Good space. Great water pressure in shower. Negative: Shower leaking under screen door. Bed was hard. No spare blankets. Bathroom and range hood lights not working.

Positive: Excellent just like the photos. Negative: No parking available on site so had to use Wilson Parking next door,very hard with a few bags.
