Modern Luxury Retreat with Rooftop Pool!

Was in a good location but a hassle to access, park and no air con resulted in a disappointing stay. Positive: The room was nicely appointed and site facilities like rooftop and indoor pools were excellent. Negative: Picking up keys from a separate location is not ideal, what made it worse was the wrong key was in the lockbox. Luckily I identified that the key number was incorrect and this was resolved quickly. There was no parking available on site, again not ideal with Wilson parking across the road but expensive. The air conditioning did not work and the room was stifling. We chose this accomodation as it had air conditioning which is perfect in the summer. One fan located in the room on arrival did not make much of a difference. Our contact was responsive and managed to organise another fan for our second night. Opening the ranch slider made a difference but it was too noisy to leave it open at night so had to close it. Two fans really doesn’t compare to air conditioning and resulted in poor sleep on both nights having fans directly on us. It appears the air con cannot cope as fan was a staple in the room. While we had access to pools we only had one bathroom towel each luckily we had a washer and dryer!

A nice feel and great amenities in the complex Positive: It feel nice and spacious inside for a studio and very modern. The pool and spa area on the roof of the building has an amazing view.

Negative: Not being able to put bag in room before 3pm.
