Harbourfront Elegance with Carpark

Nice place, but overpriced for what it is. Positive: Very clean and modern unit with great facilities. The shower was nice, bed was comfortable, and the views were great. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Negative: The second bedroom is extremely small, barely fits a porta cot and the curtain doesn’t fully block out light. The $45 per night charge for a porta cot is excessive and feels unreasonable. It was also very noisy on Saturday night, making it unsuitable for families with young children. Overall, quite overpriced for what you get.

A perfect beginning stay to our first visit to Auckland Positive: Location, location, location! The apartment is great for 2-3 people and contains nice furnishings and kitchen supplies. Patio and included car park was a big bonus as well. 5 ⭐️ Negative: Nothing

Would not stay here again, there is no gym, I spa or pool on site despite the photos and it’s incredible noisy so dont e Positive: Nice view Negative: -Car too big for car park allocated -Extremely noisy until 3:30am -Tiny second bedroom, child sized -TV didn’t work and had to fiddle around for a number of hours only to discover the tv power plug did not work. Offer to send someone out by stay viaduct the following day. -Advertised as having a gym pool spa sauna online then when I asked reception where it was it was tepid baths across the road, false advertising. -We were given one free pass once, there were 3 of us over three days wanting to go, so another big expense -Got charged $180 for losing a swipe card despite every effort being made to locate it and booking checkout an hour later to allocate more time to finding. -was paying a premium rate so was expecting a premium relaxing experience
