Viaduct's Hidden Gem

Great Apartment but DON'T LOSE YOUR KEY CARD Positive: The place was great. Good sized room, very comfortable firm bed, excellent (best of the trip) pillows. Really good water pressure. Right on the waterfront with easy access to good bars and restaurants. I'd highly recommend this place with the caveats below. Negative: I paid for early check in, when they say 11 they mean 11. Automated lock box instructions precisely at 11, had to hang out for a while in the hotel lobby before they sent it. The biggest issue is the key fee. They charge $180 to replace a magnetic key card. DO NOT LOSE IT!

Perfect for our holiday Positive: A hidden gem for sure! A very comfortable, clean, warm and lovely apartment. Handy to restaurants and bars and a short stroll to Wynyard Quarter, Commercial Bay and ferries and train station. Perfect for our week in Auckland! We would definitely stay here again.

it was great for how long i was staying for and achieved why i was staying ing Auckland Positive: easy accessibility a lot of things Negative: the bed was stiff lobby noise and a lot of plumbing noise

Positive: The place is decorated beautifully. It was actually convient to have a W/D in the room, bc it rained so much,our clothes were soaked and we could dry them before the next day. Comfy bed, the mirrors placed perfectly and close to Viaduct night life and great views. Negative: The electric fireplace does not work just FYI. The pillows are an absolute after thought and in no way resemble updated or even quality standards. But thats an easy fix, so dont let it deter you from staying here! Its a great place and location

If we return to Auckland I would look at booking the same place, Really enjoyed our time stauing in the apartment, Firs Positive: An amazing location and the apartment was excellent Negative: If you like it quiet it might not be for you as you get some noise in the evenings from the local restaurant/bars, not a problem for me though
