Viaduct's Hidden Gem

If we return to Auckland I would look at booking the same place, Really enjoyed our time stauing in the apartment, Firs Positive: An amazing location and the apartment was excellent Negative: If you like it quiet it might not be for you as you get some noise in the evenings from the local restaurant/bars, not a problem for me though

A great holiday in Auckland city Positive: Excellent location and quite quiet considering how busy it can be in the Viaduct. The property had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Negative: Not much to dislike and would stay again

Stay was very good. We would have no problem staying there for up to two weeks. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Positive: Everything. Negative: Could do with bed lamps either side of the bed. Drains smelt a little bit. I think the bath room sink trap might be blocked as water was slow to go away. And could do with a soap dish in the bathroom.

Terrible communication with host. Document all your communication with them. Positive: Location Negative: The communication was terrible. The host claimed they sent us information about parking which we never received. No one responded to a phone call when we tried calling (with a voice message stating to not leave a message). The owner later claimed they were on another call but never got a message. They were defensive about further communication about the whole parking issue. We had to pay and park in city garage and lug all our luggage to the hotel. They didn’t offer any sort of compensation for what we paid.

最高でした Positive: お部屋の家具のセンスがとてもよく、窓から光が常にさしてとても気持ちが良かった。 ロケーションが最高で美味しいレストランにすぐ行けた。 夜はゆっくりNetflixもみれて、とても快適に過ごせた。 またぜひ泊まりたいです Negative: 週末はレストランのすぐ上なのでとてもうるさいです 酔っぱらいが廊下で暴れてもいました
