Waterfront Wonder + CP!

Just what we needed and absolutely perfect! Positive: We walked in and our breath was taken away by the incredible location. Double bathrooms and completely sound proof once we shut the doors to sleep and right in the heart of all the city life.

The end was very pleasant but getting information and entry was stressful Positive: The appartment location, insulation, and apointments were excellent. Negative: There as no where suitable to park to unload at the "BROWN" doors. The Process of obtaining details about access were POOR and INADEQUATE, It was a nightmare planning how to prepare for entry etc. Surely in todays world you can design a method of advising you clients without copromising security. To only know what is required at 3pm on the day of entry is absurd, sorry for the reaction but we were at our wits end as travellers to plan our activities, fort what was not inexpensive accomodation.

Positive: The location was fantastic. Right on the viaduct, close to restaurants, museums, Britomart, Walking distance of nearly everything. The instructions about how to get into the apartment and use the carpark were extremely clear - yes, it had a car park! Apartment itself was spacious and clean with all the amenities including a laundry. Negative: As others have said, you're right on the Viaduct and on Friday/Saturday it is noisy. Be prepared. Other nights the noise is fine. Watch out for tailgaters trying to access the building behind you. We only had one person try to access behind us - and it was late at night. All other times it was absolutely fine.

Muy bueno Positive: Exelente ubicación, amplio y con gran vista . Negative: Ruido el finde hasta las 4 !
