Positive: Les clés étaient dans un coffre, mais pas à la même adresse et compliqué pour s’y rendre les instructions, moyennement claires Negative: Le fait d’aller chercher les clés à un autre endroit que l’adresse de résidence et le fait que le parking soit payant alors que je n’étais pas au courant lorsque, j’avais eu l’hôte d’accueil, il m’avait dit qu’il existait un parking sans me préciser qu’il fallait payer et un prix prohibitif à savoir 97 $ pour deux nuits

Positive: How clean and homely it felt Negative: May just need extra towels for swimming etc

Disappointing Positive: The room was excellent...spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Negative: The sauna and lift to the rooftop pool were out of order but we were not previously informed of this. These facilities were advertised and were what attracted us to the property so it was particularly disappointing that they were not available. The instructions to collect the key were very convoluted and required the customer going to a different property where the key box was located. Since parking at the key box building was not possible the process of accessing the property was more difficult and more stressful than any other property we stayed at. The process of returning the key was not straightforward either: you had to remove your car from the car park using the key card, find somewhere else to park the car and then return to your room (ours was on the 5th floor) and leave the key card on the table. All in all a lot of faff!

Positive: Loved everything. Such a beautiful unit. Heaps of space and spotless. Negative: Nothing.

Negative: My tvs didnt go couldnt work the dryer the girls wouldnt go on the deck as the believe its not safe with yhe broken tiles were the safty frame goes in also there was a empty drug bag in 1 pf the draws very upset
