Handy to every thing modern relaxed all the bells and whistles Positive: Had everything pool spa tennis court nice bit big apartment with 3x beds

Good location. Positive: Very central to Auckland and the Sky Tower. Negative: Smelt of bleach. Couch wasn't comfortable. Confusing walk from the carpark to the unit. Best to walk via the street.

Great location. Positive: Location and size. Negative: We kept getting contacted about our checkin time although we made it clear when booking. We felt obligated to check all of the messages that were being sent and they were all asking for our arrival time which we had fixed. It was tiresome and stressful. Everything was monetized in a disagreeable manner.

Perfect central apartment. Positive: Perfect for 2 couples. The balcony was great and access to the roof top was brilliant. Negative: All good

Positive: Once we finally managed to get to the apartment our stay was great. Even tried to extend our time but the owner was due in the day we left. Beds were amazing best sleep I had had for ages..kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were spacious. The whole apartment was very clean and the kids loved the very large and deep rooftop pool. I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Negative: My own fault, I hadn't read all the check in info when I initially booked. So didn't realise until I found a park where Google said the address was, that I needed to get the key from a different location. The only problem with that was that we were arriving late and got through to the after hours person that was quite grumpy because I hadn't read all the instructions. I had been home invaded the night before so was not really in a good head space to start with. And then getting from the carpark to our room was also a mission as the lift that the instructions told us to use was out of order so needed to walk up and round the corner with our luggage She was very accommodating with giving us a late check out although it did cost us more to do so.. Once inside though it was amazing and would highly recommend it any one thst is looking to stay there
