We will definitely be coming back. Celebrated sons 10th birthday weekend in this stunning place beloved the room We love Positive: The Room was spectacular family loved the rooftop pool and how centered it was from the sky tower and queen st. Negative: Nothing

Positive: We had a room on the 6th floor and was surprisingly pretty quiet. Room size is large with a sliding door to the next room not as private if there were 2 couples. Full kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Location is great with walking distance to shops, restaurants and sky tower. Negative: Didn't like having to walk a block to pickup the key, I phoned to ask for the code 30min early and was refused so had to sit and wait until 3pm annoying when the room is in a large hotel which would be far easier if the reception there could be used. It's a mission to find the 2 pools. For the money spent could do with a more personal welcome and some housecleaning especially when staying 5nights.

Do not stay here - hidden terms and unreasonable hosts Positive: Location, Negative: I was charged $180 for accidentally dropping a keycard down the elevator shaft which is ridiculous and not displayed on the terms of stay on booking.com. You are sent a 'boarding pass verification' to complete before check in which has a further long list of house rules you have to sign to get check in details. The ridiculous key fee was hidden in the fineprint which I was obligated to sign as the property was non-refundable at this point. Hosts were completely unsympathetic in what was a very innocent accident which was extremely disappointing. They also assured me they would be able to send me a cost breakdown to justify the $180 keycard replacement fee which I have requested repeatedly but have not received. Key pick up is located a 5-10 min walk from the actual accommodation which is a chore when it's 9pm at night and you have heavy suitcases. Decor was dated. Fridge was very loud at night (and is in the same room as one of the beds). Lots of dust on surfaces. Shower was terrible pressure and flooded the bathroom with every use. I personally wouldn't stay here again despite the great location, which is the only redeeming feature.

Great place to stay! Positive: Lovely place, it was clean and tidy. We were happy to have cooking facilities. The kids loved the pool.

Positive: Location and pools were good. Negative: Cleaner kept parking in our allocated car park which was a real pain and wasn’t able to check in till 5pm due to cleaning still in progress. Staff did give us a late check out for inconvenience.
