Location was perfect. Positive: The location was perfect for us, easy commute every day to Western Springs for a football tournament. Negative: There was no dish cloth so we couldn’t wipe down kitchen bench or dining table. The can / bottle opener was not fit for use - opening cans just barely and there was no chance of opening a bottle of beer.

Good location great parking space, small adjustments needed for price charged. Positive: The location Negative: No airconditioning in the rooms (Windows don't open) Once the sun is up the rooms heat up very fast and the small fan didn't help. *The lounge and kitchen had a split air con but didn't reach the rooms very well and needed to be kept on (January) Minor things - Clean dishclothes in the kitchen would have been nice. Batteries in the remote for the tv. Instructions for washing machine as is a little tricky (Latch error) TV is firestick and volume is AI controlled which is weird. Plates and bowls are all mismatched and old. Beds are small doubles at best The ring door bell seemed excessive and intrusive. Renovator sums this one up.

Positive: Helpful and personalised service. It was a comfortable stay in a good, central location. The washer/ dryer was very convenient!
