I enjoyed the stay at this venue Positive: They accommodated an early check in ✅ Clean with lots of room. Comfortable beds. Close to supermarket, cafes and The Spark Arena. Good wifi connection and scooters available that kept the teenagers happy. Good response from staff who were very prompt in responding to phone calls of no keys available and after sharing photos on what equipment was needing maintenance the staff were very helpful Negative: Key collection offsite was advertised clearly. While waiting for the ‘portal’to open to get keys we waited at a cafe across the road with 4 large suitcases and small bags, so needed money to buy at their establishment and for the taxi back to the accommodation. 💲💲💲 Once portal opened, and got the codes,there was no keys/swipecards in the lock box. Another key was sorted thankfully Small double beds which did not cater for the tall people We had a 3 night stay and had to wash own towels/face cloths every day,which was fine,but there were no clear instructions on how to use this particular machine. The video on the boarding pass cite was of an older washing machine. Lucky for ChatGPT👍 Heat pump did not warm up the rooms it was very cold in the bedrooms and there were No Extra blankets. There is a starter pack of toiletries which contain 5 toilet rolls but having 4 females did not last 2days. So grateful for the supermarket close by

Appartement confortable en centre ville. Positive: L’appartement est confortable, assez grand et fonctionnel. Ce n’est pas très loins de Queen street à pied donc plutôt pratique. Negative: La procédure d’arrivée. Elle est débloquée à 15:00 précise et prévoit une récupération des clés à l’autre bout du centre ville. Nous avons été déposés par le taxi avec tous nos bagages à l’appartement et il nous a fallu près d’une heure pour y accéder. La literie également n’est pas très confortable à nos goûts.
