Positive: Very central and lovely view over the harbour Easy access with code for lock box for Key Card All done over the internet Negative: It was difficult to view checkout instruction on day of exit as the boarding pass goes to a section about rating your stay. But good communication by the owner gave instruction in message on booking .com

Big Appartement in lively neighbourhood Positive: Spacious apartment within the Sebel Hotel. (Viaduct Habour Auckland). Well equipped. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice view on the habour and promenade. Lots of restaurants within easy reach. Negative: Is right above the Auckland party zone, especially the Irish Pub below is particularly lively. So prepare for some noise (Thursday until 11pm, Friday much later). If you're the going to bed early type, then this is not the right place for you...

Great convenient location for our short stay! Positive: Great location, very clean and comfortable Negative: It’s right above a few bars so van be very noisy at night, with loud music going until 3-4am at the weekend. Bring earplugs!
