Great convenient location for our short stay! Positive: Great location, very clean and comfortable Negative: It’s right above a few bars so van be very noisy at night, with loud music going until 3-4am at the weekend. Bring earplugs!

Great location for a Viaduct getaway Positive: Fantastic location, right on the Viaduct. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. I read reviews about possible noise from local bars but honestly it wasn't an issue. The double glazing worked well and it was just a hum in the background... almost lulled me to sleep! Definitely didn't hinder my sleep at all. Was nice to have comfy outdoor seats to enjoy. And the option to have a bath was fabulous in the morning! Negative: If I had to be picky... possibly a few more milk... need 2 per cup. But I couldn't be bothered getting more so had green tea and made do.

The room was fine, but the service fee to get back into our room was unexpected and disappointing. Negative: We left our key in the room and it cost us $300 to get back into our room as the hotel reception would not/could not help. I will never book a private room like this again as it ruined the night of my husband's 50th birthday.

Positive: Room was nicely appointed Negative: Check-in experience too ridged and didn't work per their emails, took a couple of phone calls to activate the checkin process.
