Extravagant Escape

The room was fine, but the service fee to get back into our room was unexpected and disappointing. Negative: We left our key in the room and it cost us $300 to get back into our room as the hotel reception would not/could not help. I will never book a private room like this again as it ruined the night of my husband's 50th birthday.

Positive: Room was nicely appointed Negative: Check-in experience too ridged and didn't work per their emails, took a couple of phone calls to activate the checkin process.

Positive: Nothing money stolen Negative: Everything money stolen booking .com admits it's been taken then says wait on line then cuts off z.d dissent refund after thousands of dollars spent here paid money didn't get room at all slept on street and then uou people do nothing disgusted ripped off worst experience ever world wide fir accomdation customer service and basic decency and humanity honesty

Great Location, beautiful apartment with harbour views Positive: We had a beautiful view of the Harbour, and the apartment was very comfortable. all amenities were very good. The location was excellent, with restaurants and bars all around. Lots of great Happy Hour deals were to be had! Negative: Having to sign in with a special app to get access and information was not very good. I had concerns about the security of my data. The passkeys were not in the lock box indicated, but the manager was available on the phone to us immediately and sorted it out. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisy until the early hours, but we knew this was the price to pay be in the heart of the entertainment area.
