Penthouse Premier

Fabulous views and location - excellent facilities- will stay there again! Positive: Everything was easy to use and enjoy- views just fabulous- amenities excellent - view of harbour and yachts going to and from magnificent! Will stay again now we know how and where to access key lock. Negative: We asked and paid for earlier access which was accepted but email confirmation didn’t come through neither did instructions for early access. Maybe it was an IT glitch, so phoned in and matters slowly rectified. It would be good to say straight up (when booking) to go to Sebel front door then describe where key boxes are. Because we didn’t get instructions in line with our paid early access it all became disappointingly difficult- then the keys weren’t in the key box anyway, so someone had to hand deliver them to us. BUT once in our apartment it was all just delightful.

Positive: Fantastic location, great views, beautifully presented apartment. Negative: Figuring out private parking was harder then expected. Also assumed this was included but was an additional cost. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released.

Perfect Positive: Stunning decor The easiest check in Check out process ever, and wonderful management Negative: 1 x towel is not enough for 2 women 😂

Positive: Beautiful apartment — very functional and thoughtfully designed, with everything carefully considered. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay again when I visit Auckland. The host was very polite, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Negative: None
