We enjoyed our stay at The Penthouse and if not for the live band we would have rated it excellent
Positive: The location and the size of lounge kitchen area
Negative: Unfortunately on Friday and Saturday nights we had a live band playing underneath us in the pub til 3.00am in the morning and it was very loud

Very enjoyable and good value. Would definitely return.
Positive: Great location and views of the water and harbour bridge. Wasn’t noisy at all … although it was Sunday night so not a real test.
Very well appointed and clean.
Negative: Only downside is getting into the property is it’s complicated especially if you have a car … but a bonus to have parking.
