Corporates Delight + Roof Top Pool!

Positive: Very spacious room in a good location for a very fair price. The apartment has all you need. I'll stay again Negative: It a busy street and with single glazed windows you get woken up early in the morning even in the higher floor

Great location, free parking but lack of personal contact made issues difficult to resolve. Positive: Location was great, easy to walk to CBD, Wynyard and the Waterfront. Free parking was the main reason we chose this property. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and we did have a half view of the harbour from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and did respond quickly to messages via Booking messages, but as we never met them and they were off-site, it made it difficult to respond to issues. Negative: Did NOT like the fact that there was NO personal contact with the hosts or anyone at all, even though the apartment was in the Rendezvous Hotel (this would have been nice to know and saved us driving around trying to find "Corporates Delight etc....". Another downside to no personal contact was issues with the TV were never resolved, despite us telling them it had been working fine the 1st night but then 2nd (& 3rd) nights was freezing. If someone had come and had a look at it we could have easily shown them the problem. Also, it took us a couple of messages asking where was the microwave to be finally told it had been removed because if was faulty, however it was never replaced, yet we walked past a couple of stores (Kmart was very close) were one could have been purchased and replaced almost immediately.

Positive: Great location , walking distance to CBD Waterfront Sky Tower and busstop. Appartment was home away from home with everything provided. Negative: Internet was hopeless but if you go around the corner to Wyndward Street you'll find Elohim cafe with friendly service, great coffee and fast internet.

Modern, comfortable, extremely clean, and easy to settle into. Positive: I loved the cleanliness and the comfortable set up. I would love to re book in the future

Really enjoyed staying here Positive: The location to the city. The facilities included was a big bonus. Having a dishwasher was also great! Bed was very comfortable and being able to watch TV with a comfy sofa was also great. Books and puzzles were available should we have wanted to use them. The instructions given for getting the cards were straight forward. Negative: There was one baking tray that was quite dirty so we had to scrub it clean before using. I'd have liked some USB plugs sockets in the wall, but not paramount! Little bit of a pain having to return the key up to the room after leaving car park, but not the end of the world.
