Sky Tower Serenity + Rooftop Pool

Confortable et proche de tout. Positive: L’emplacement, le confort des chambres, literie etc. La douche italienne, les meubles, le balcon, la piscine, la sauna , la salle de sport. Negative: Le spa, les bulles ne fonctionnaient pas. Ça arrivait même un jour, l’eau n’était pas chauffée .

We were unable to check in till about 8pm so it was very short Positive: The room itself was nice, comfortable bed Negative: When booking through booking.com I was unaware that I was booking bnb not through the actual hotel so we weren’t actually allowed on the rooftop or any extra towels ect and it was a hassle trying to connect to wifi. Also had to pay a extra bond of $280 which I haven’t been refunded although I left the place nice I also had to go to another place to pick up keys it was just a real hassle we already had such a long day

Very comfortable completely convenient place to stay in Auckland! Positive: Very good location. Always easy to find the way home because it was right next to the sky tower. Negative: Nothing.

A few days in Auckland for work Positive: The Wifi speed was quick. $2 Oysters at the waterside restaurant happy hour (1km away) The room and neighbors were quiet Negative: The key card pick up is 300 metres away and it's an uphill walk to the unit and you find that out after you've booked There is no onsite concierge and the room key card was/is unreliable - The fix is explained after you've booked by email. I was luckily keyed up by a permanent resident. The property advertises an Airport Shuttle and this is not strictly accurate- You need to find one on the internet.
